The process begins with identifying an eligible project and investing the required capital.

Applicants file Form I-526E to demonstrate eligibility

After approval, they receive a conditional green card, typically within 24–36 months

Job creation verification takes place after two years

Following verification, they may file Form I-829 to remove conditions and gain permanent residency.
